Really friendly hosts and organisers. The layout was organised as I had requested. The pre-ordered food and drinks were excellent. They were very helpful with holding the birthday cake until the right time. Overall excellent service and semi private area for booking.

The Heist Bank Pool Room was a lovely semi private setting, where we had the best time playing pool and board games, as well as being able to chat and have a great time. We were allowed to put birthday banners and balloons and have a cake. Zac and Caroline were also lovely to deal with and helped me pick an incredible venue for a very affordable price
No fault of any of the staff, but people standing close to our area, so we had to basically be segregated in the pool room. We had the outside space as well, but we didn't get to use it as people were too close to us in that pool room. But this is a very minor thing and we enjoyed our time so much

Was a very nice space for a surprise 25th Birthday party for around 16 people. Was plenty of space and the customer service was really good. The staff were always quick to respond to any questions I had, would definetly come again!
