About Galleon Studios
Galleon Studios is a first-class filming facility in the North of Manchester. It comprises of 3 studios each offering a different experience for the many and varied productions we welcome. EV Charging and free parking available
"Infinity" is our largest space. It's a green screen infinity cove big enough to film multiple people or large subjects such as vehicles or big sets.
"Hush" is one of our soundproof studios. Our facility is one of only 2 fully soundproof filming studios in the North West and Hush is perfect for interviews and pieces to camera. It's also large enough to accommodate small sets and backdrops. This means it's perfect if you wish to film uninterrupted.
The Live Suite is our specially built live-streaming studio. Opened during the pandemic it was a lifeline for companies needing a venue for live events or where keynote speakers could remotely join from Manchester to the rest of the world. Galleon Studios also has a Podcast Styduio which may Podcast and Vodcasts call home.
The venue itself has superfast internet boasting the fastest speeds around. It has 2 kitchens, a shower, make-up room, dressing room, and toilet facilities. It also features a client lounge. This central hub allows clientele to monitor whichever studio they are suing and is the perfect place to relax on a break or watch the whole shoot unfold.
Galleon Studios are a specialist filming studios purpose-built for the moving image. All lighting is in place and included in the hire fee. We also offer all the kit you'd need for a successful shoot. This includes cameras and mics as well as autocues, motion control rigs, and mixers. As we're a specialist green screen studio we have all you need to create a virtual venue. This includes live keyers that allow you to see the green screen with any background you wish as you shoot.
The studios are ideally situated just off the M62 and we offer free and ample parking..

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
