The Britannia Suite is situated in the main building, the suite has views of the Thames from both sides of the room with its own terrace that overlooks Hampton Court Grounds.

Staff were helpful and friendly. food was excellent. nothing was too much for the whole team. we had a wonderful day
Bird poo on outdoor furniture, which it had all been cleaned off before guest had arrived.

Very poor communication
Bad communication, had a viewing with them in June about hiring the venue for 20th August and they said they will send over the pricing, but never did. I had to keep chasing up and sending emails and voicemails as they were not taking calls from me, which I did not understand as I was very polite and consistent with communication. They ended up giving the date to someone else, which did not make sense as I was close to hiring the venue. Would have been a nice venue what a shame they could have profited...
