1. Booking Confirmation: A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event date.
2. Damage & Liability: The hirer is responsible for any damage to the venue or its equipment. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the hirer.
3. Guest Capacity: The venue's capacity limit must be respected. Exceeding this limit may result in cancellation or penalties.
4. Noise Restrictions: Noise levels must comply with local regulations, particularly after certain hours.
5. Cleaning: The venue must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if necessary.
6. Alcohol & Licensing: Alcohol service must comply with licensing laws. No alcohol is allowed after designated hours.
7. Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the venue or in designated non-smoking areas.
8. Outside Catering: Outside catering is allowed with prior approval, but the hirer is responsible for food safety and clean-up.
9. Event Safety: The hirer is responsible for the safety of guests and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
