I had a 2 day event, on 26th and 27th November. The female reception staff at level 22 was very helpful. She was really accommodating. The room was wonderful and everything was almost perfect
The Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists (SAOT) rented The Vine Ballroom, Cedar Room, Cypress Room and Cassia Room for our National Occupational Therapy Conference 2025.The venue was overall comfortable and the staff in charge at YMCA, Karen Vo was generally very friendly, accommodating and responsive.
The space is clean, simple, and very convenient—just a short walk from City Hall MRT. What I appreciated most was how flexible and agile the space is. Whether you're planning an intimate event, a casual meet-up, or just need a quiet spot to work for a few hours, this place works well. Also, the host was super responsive and helpful, even coming down personally during our site visit and arranging for extra chairs when we needed them.
Spacious. Raw setting. Zahirah really friendly and attentive. Drinks and water dispenser available. PA system works well, with sufficient mics.
The service and quality of catering was exceptional and Karen was extremely helpful and guided me and my team throughout the whole process.
