While not all of these visitors are seeking to rent a banquet hall, there is significant pressure on the venue market during March to May and September to November. You should book your venue at least 3-4 months, or even 6 months in advance. June to August and December to February also see a moderate influx of visitors. Booking 2-3 months before should give you a good selection of available venues.
