We booked the LSQ Rooftop rather than the Garden Rooftop so this review relates to that venue. The location is outstanding and the view is brilliant, our US team were really wowed. The team couldn't have been more helpful both in organising the event and during the evening ensuring it all ran smoothly.
Fantastic venue and night celebrating my 30th at Coin Laundry! I had lots of fun, and had so many compliments on the food and the feel of the venue! The DJ was organised through the venue too and he was great etc. There was a slight mix up with times on the day but the staff were accommodating with allowing us to use the space and we was still able to get things set up well even so. Thank you all!
A really nice and understanding guy. Time was really working against us as we were stuck in traffic due to an accident on the motorway and he was nice enough to extend our time by an extra 30 mins which I highly appreciated. - mic stand prop and bed was great and in good condition
Private bar, Private toilets were great additions to the room. Great service by everyone we spoke to before and during the event. Our bartender Rachel was amazing provided us with great service for the night.
Pacha went above and beyond to help me. I was heavily pregnant during the time of booking so she video-called me to ensure I still was able to view the property. On the day of the event she was such a friendly welcoming host and her and her staff member were a great support to me and my team. I plan to book out the venue for the rest of the year. Great venue and even greater venue manager! Very happy!
Really great venue for our away day. We had everything we needed in the room, including laptop, projector and screen, flipchart, whiteboard and pens. Everything was really easy to use. The meeting room was clean and modern and had great views over the water. The venue manager, Lea, was really responsive and helpful by email and made the process of booking very easy. I would definitely recommend Canada Water Theatre as a great venue that is good value and easily accessible.

Rosie did an amazing job in setting up our Summer Party - Great communication before hand and on the night did all the running around making sure everything was ok. Everyone who attended said how amazing it was and more importantly how friendly the bar staff were! They really helped make a good night, great! So please pass on our thanks to them too and all others involved, nor forgetting of course your performers!! The food was also top notch! Thanks again, brilliant :)
