We hosted our first-ever event at the Arboretum in September - a full-day programme for 80 attendees, with 19 speakers across keynotes, panels and breakout discussions. It couldn't have gone better. Laila and Maja were outstanding from start to finish. Their experience and guidance throughout the planning took so much pressure off our team, and they handled every update, from last-minute changes to dietary requirements, quickly and calmly. The venue itself is beautiful, just a short walk from Leicester Square, which made it easy for guests travelling from across the UK, Europe and the US. The space is filled with natural daylight, which made the day feel bright and open and was a real bonus for our photographers. The AV team were excellent, and working seamlessly with our photography and video crew. The catering offered a great variety of options, with every dietary need looked after. The layout also worked perfectly for our partner exhibition space and breakout sessions. Above all, the team were incredibly flexible and accommodated every request on the day. The staff were incredible, so lovely and friendly. I recieved a lot of positive feedback from guests about the staff. They were really acoomodating with the space as we had games tables and so arranged the space slightly differently.

We had a fantastic experience with this venue. The team was highly communicative and incredibly helpful in the lead-up to the event, making the planning process smooth and stress-free.
